My wife and I have been privileged to have Billie looking after our property lettings at Starkey and Brown, Lincoln for the last two and a half years. Nothing is too much trouble for Billie and we have come to appreciate her care and professionalism in all her dealings with us. When necessary Billie exercises a firm yet understanding approach to tenants, thus avoiding conflict. Whilst S&B staff have always been courteous and attentive, Billie is definitely outstanding through her genuine care and consideration. We are very grateful to have her look after our letting affairs.

Hi David, just to address your concerns that you have addressed within your review. Looking at your file, I can see we had several delays throughout the transaction with the property being unregistered title, incorrect title plans, solar panels etc. These are all issues dealt with by a solicitor and are out of an estate agent's control.
