I have nothing but praise for Gascgoigne Pees in Farnham, they are absolutely excellent. Our property sat on the market with our first agent for over 16 weeks with no result. This agent waited until people clicked on the property on Rightmove and then we were asked to do all the viewings. We were feeling very dispondent and had been told that our house would not sell unless we significantly reduced the price. Then one day Robert walked up the path, he is the area manager for G-Pees, he came on the off chance and we were so impressed we cancelled our contract with our other agent and signed up immediately. The first people that Robert had through the door not only bought the property but they paid more than the asking price by 10k, AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Whatever it is that G-Pees do they are definitely doing it right!! We have been looked after, kept in touch with and been given a level of confidence that is second to none. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend G-Pees to anyone selling their house, they are brilliant! They always call you back, and they know their stuff, it is a very good and very personal level of service. Robert and his team deserve nothing but praise. We are extremely happy customers indeed. Thank you G-Pees
