I had recently put my mothers house up for sale, due to her poor health. The team at McHugh made it a very easy and a stress free process to conclude the matter on my mothers behalf. As the power of attorney for my mother i was contacted at every updated stage of the sale for reference/input.
The house was marketed and sold within 2 weeks, for the exact price i was told it was likely to reach.

I thought the fee was fair and was well earned. There was no hidden fees, setup fees, marketing fees, blah blah. It was one single fee based upon a percentage of the final sale price. Easy.
