We do not operate a high pressure sales environment where we constantly stand at someone's shoulder throughout a viewing and encourage viewers in all properties to inspect freely and have a private discussion regarding their intentions prior to a final discussion with ourselves at the end of the viewing.
We are not aware of any viewers deliberately damaging your property, I am aware of one person using a protimeter to determine the extent of damp in the property.
