They are only interested in selling property to existing developers that they already do business with - so are only interested in lining the pockets of their exisiting developers on their books. They allow viewers to roam around the property on their own whilst representative from White Heather stays in 1 room whilst viewers are roaming around the rest of the house which I did not want (I unexpectantly walked in on a viewing so saw this myself). I wondered why parts of the house were showing evidence of damage after viewings but this was obviously why because they were not keeping an eye viewers - probably because they knew them I suspect. They Ieft an outside light on all night after viewings - twice. If one of the female members of staff rang you they just wanted to get off the 'phone as fast as they could without listening to what you had to say. Chris was the best to deal as he was always pleasant. I chose them because they were cheaper and because of circumstances of the sale I had to be seen to not be wasting money. I also thought that the person who came out for the valuation (Chris's dad I think) seemed sincere but in the end I was very disappointed with the actual service that I received as the vendor.

Cheaper than most in area but I am sorry that I was motivated to go with them for this sole reason but as with everything you pay your money and take your chance.

From this persons nickname I can guess at the case in question,
The lady neglects to mention that she obtained full asking price within a very short timescale in a slow market, ( instructed 24 th April/ offer 5th May/ completion 3rd august) isn't that what we are supposed to achieve?? and that she was not forced to accept any offer made on the property, indeed we act solely on client instructions, this person related the exact same scenario as she outlines above about her previous selling agen ...

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

Lies and false allegations such as this can be extremely damaging, a full retraction and apology is expected.
We have no connection, prior or ongoing, to any of the numerous people that viewed your property, the position, price and general poor condition of the property was always going to attract investors and developers, there were first time buyers who viewed your property and considered there to be too much work to make the property habitable.
The price you obtained on the sale was at 97.14% of the asking price which according to This is Money as at June 1st 2018 is more than the national average price achieved. The decision to accept the price offered was solely your own.
We do not operate a high pressure sales environment where we constantly stand at someone's shoulder throughout a viewing and encourage viewers in all properties to inspect freely and have a private discussion regarding their intentions prior to a final discussion with ourselves at the end of the viewing.
We are not aware of any viewers deliberately damaging your property, I am aware of one person using a protimeter to determine the extent of damp in the property.
In respect of the outside light left on overnight I apologise for the oversight if you can let me have a bill for the expense incurred I'll happily reimburse you.
We attempted to abide by your request to leave doors , window blinds and curtains in the exact same position that you had left them in as we take our customer requirements seriously.
You received feedback in respect of every viewing we carried out on your property, as we do with every property we market, you received very close to asking price within 4 months of initially marketing the property, a period that encompassed the Christmas holiday period.
