We were first time buyers so wasn't sure how everything worked. Simon couldn't have been more helpful. He went out of his way to make sure everything ran smoothly even when it wasn't really his job to do so. He was also always there when we needed him. Overall he made things run very well and if it wasn't for him I'm sure things would have not have done so.
