My experience with Connells has not been great over the last few months, I have been dealing with unprofessional people constantly and was getting nowhere, However for the last couple of weeks I had Mark as our new property management coordinator and he's been brilliant, he's very efficient, professional and pleasant to deal with, he solved almost all the issues that I had for months in no time! I can't thank you enough Mark, Connells .. you need more like Mr Hinton pleaseeeee

Comment on agent fees
This agent's fees are far higher than almost any other I've come across. And for nothing extra, or even below the service of a typical estate agent. The exact same flat in the same condition is available for £75/m less, 3 floors up.
