Excellent communication hard working group people who did excellent job selling an old property. Gave good advice and ensured they had a lot of views of the property and sold at a price we were happy with. Previous estate agent had property a year with no viewings deena had viewing in two days from us contacting and meeting up at the property. Very impressed . Would fully recommend to anyone to sell their property can't fault them.
Comment on agent fees
Agent fees were no different to previous estate agent would always like to pay less but they put lot work in to get property sold so cannot complain.
