Where do I start, We saw a property we wanted to rent which was marketed through william h brown and after several cancelled appointments which they cancelled the evening before on both occassions!! we finally saw the property and decided to push ahead.

We asked specificly to sign up for 12 months and the contract was then sent through only offering six months, we had to move as we were running out of time so we signed for 6 months. Now we want to renew for a year the price of rent has been pushed up and they are recharging for fees etc.

We should have known not to use them from the outset and we have had bad experiences with the sales side previously. The staff are like robots and we would never use them again, avoid them if you possibly can!!

I have not used this agent myself as luckily I found out this information before using them. They charge a set fee, so are not interested in getting the best price for your property.
