If I could give 0 stars... I would
Never ever I have experience such a bad customer service/renting property ever.
They won't fix anything from your house, they won't notify you of any damage.
They won't spend time with the tenants showing the property and explain them the contract.
I am a tenant and I have to contact personally the landlords because the agency won't do anything.
Property was new before the first tenant, after he left Altwood won't take responsibilities of fixing anything.
4 months already waiting yo get fixed the washing machine, fridge, oven, heater....
Such a same.
Customer service on the phone is the worse. Andres one of them (they are all very rude and unhappy) I guess they hate the agency as much as me and the landlords do, said they won't fix anything and it's on me to pay for it ??? I've got a 1 year old baby and 7 months pregnant. Left during the winter with no heater or anything. Ills came to £300 electricity because they have added previous tenants to my contract.
I am taking legal actions against them and moving from here as soon as possible. So does the landlords not renewing their contract.
Do not use this agency !! Don't waste your time and money

Since I was pregnant and now my baby is 8 months, and there's more problems at the property need fixing. I've been left with out hot water for 5 weeks with 2 kids. They are joke they don't really care about there customers. I will soon get legal advice on this situation and I would like to sue them they put me through hell and lots of stress.
