It is the very first time I write a review... and the reason I am writing this one is to alert other people looking for to work with This Estate agent. Extreme lack of professionalism. Landlord not respecting his clauses of the contract. Leaders not answering emails. Contractors contacting me and wanting to come to the property with 1 h notice when Leaders hadn't notify me of anything. Having to miss work to give keys back as I was forced to give them back till noon (not accepting return of the keys later same day while branch is still open). Check out only performed 24 h after me giving the keys back and end of tenancy, but still being pointed as being responsible till the check out is done, so basically after not having any possession of the property and end of contract for 24h. A real nightmare and completely speechless. Honestly stay away. I never had any problems with landlords or estate agents, everyone always very happy with my tenancy, always had my deposit back, not sure this time will happen, I can sense as they are so nasty they will do whatever to keep my money despite my unremarkable tenancy. The property manager, since the very beginning, when exchanging emails, wouldn't say hello, good morning/afternoon, just a sentence with the topic, no regards, goodbye, nothing, just her name...so very rude... how can someone like this be a property manager and interact with people...appalling...I would give a negative rating if I could.

100% agree with your write up I have had a nightmare with them. And your are right about being passed around departments I now know the internal workkngs of leaders... Everything is a separate departments unbelievable and they pass you around and then have additional people to deal with it becomes a joke. ...
