The experience I have had with Chelton has been positive from start to finish. Therese was excellent in helping me to locate the right property to fit my circumstances.
Donna was always punctual and professional when dealing with my queries and questions.
Nadine completed all my home checks and was very conscientious and an excellent communicator. The final home check was fair and professional, but very friendly and wasn't stressful in the slightest.
The Accounts team were clear at all times and always responded promptly to my calls and emails.
I have had some horrendous experiences with agents in the past but Chelton has restored my faith and I will happily recommend them to anyone.
