Our recent sale was handled exceptionally well from valuation to completion. A fair valuation of the house, a sensible marketing plan and accurate and full house particulars, led to accompanied viewings with reports to the vendors. Offers made and accepted, the progress of the sale was monitored closely. Problems were identified and dealt with (there is always something to cause a hiccup!) From appointing Village Estates as our agent to Completion took less than 13 weeks for which we have to thank Steve and his team at Village Estates.
