This agent is a nightmare for the tenants.
First of all the fees are extremely expensive, that's how they exploit tenants' and landlords' money. Next the letting agent never talks about the painful and long-going processes before you pay them the holding deposit which is never reimbursable. After you pay them the holding deposit, the exciting part of the story begins.
They ask you to submit a bulk of documents through a online platform, Goodlord, which is miserably built by amateur and shabby developers. The frontend as well as the backend are terribly incoherent, the only exception being the payment link which is the most rapid and direct. Even when you submit all the authentic documents: your offer letter, your bank statements, your identity, etc, proving that you can afford the fees, this low-down platform will continuously harass the HR of your company to demand so-called reference: 3 phone-calls plus 5 emails a day, regardless of the fact that HRs are busy and generally ignore these unidentified calls and emails. No reason that this miserable platform even gets a venture investment, and that this tiny letting agency has cooperation with it.
I strongly stamp down this letting agency if you require a confortable service and a rapid move-in. NEVER NEVER want to do business with this poor agency.
