Nathan helped us to relocate within the city, and we found the service to be far simpler that previous letting agents, who's processes are often unnecessarily drawn out and complicated. Having used agents all over the country over the years, NMR Lettings are the only agency that I've ever recommended to others. Need I say more?
Comment on agent fees
Excellent. A fixed cost and a breath of fresh air. None of the usual "one months' rent" which to be fair, is a joke for the amount of admin involved

They did not provide misleading information, however your office did ask them to play around with dates on the application which I have seen emails for. This would have been misleading. They tried to provide a guarantor with the criteria given but this was rejected. They tried everything possible to resolve issues and get the house. They should get there deposit back. ...

Just wanted to add to my original review. I have now had the property for 2 years and have to say I am really happy with Nathan, Robyn and all the team at NMR. Living in Spain I need an agent to fully manage my property and NMR give me that .
