Having just completed a sale using Village Estates in Old Bexley, I found them to be a very professional and effective agency. Calls and emails were always actioned promptly and the in-house sales progression ensured that polite pressure was always maintained when necessary. Have used other local agents in the past but would not hesitate in using Village Estates again in the future.

Their fees were not the cheapest, but neither were they the most expensive. Focusing on the service provided and not just the cost, I felt that Village Estates were good value for money.
