I see from other reviewers on this site this agency is a problem.
My issues with them began right at the beginning of our working relationship, when they undervalued the rental potential of my property by 33%. Fortunately I did my own research and was able to let it at the right level.
Now I'm coming to the end of my contract with them they are making it as difficult as possible for me leave: Adam, the branch manager, is refusing to answer simple questions about the check out process and is now sending me petulant emails, which I'm happy to circulate.
I contacted the head office about this on Wednesday and was informed I'd have a response within 24 hours. It's Friday and I've heard nothing. Dexters needs to think about its reputation and limit the damage caused by this branch asap.
