My mother-in-law was downsizing after 40+ years in the same house. We asked three estate agents for valuations, two were larger 'corporate' set-ups and the other Henley Charles. It was immediately apparent these people knew their area, how to value accordingly and who the likely client base would be. As it turned out, they were right on all three and the house sold in just over one week. All our dealings with them were polite and professional, they opened for business promptly and always returned all calls/ emails. They offered good value and proved invaluable in facilitating the final completion as my mother-in-law had moved out of the house and area by the final date. I don't normally 'do' reviews - but praise where praise is due. We're glad we kept the service local as we believe it made all the difference. Thank you to Ranjit, Gin and all the team.
