We had a straightforward sale of the house that went smoothly and was completed from start to finish in under 4 months.
Ed provided a good valuation which attracted a client almost immediately and we were able to achieve the price proposed. We were not around during the sale so all visits were handled by the agent making our life much easier. Most contact with the agent was via Katie who always knew the current status and kept us informed as the sale process progressed. One of the most relaxing and certainly least stressful house sales I have experienced..
