Owen came to value my property back in February and having considered proposals from several estate agents in Yeovil, I felt that GTH were the best agent for me to use. Within a few days, Owen had been back to my property to take all the necessary details, and was able to get an impressive brochure to me in next to no time. Within a week, my property was on the market and to my amazement, an asking price offer came along after just one weekend of marketing, which I promptly accepted!!
Once the sale was agreed, Carla took over and was brilliant in chasing all parties involved in the sale and keeping me up-to-date. Here we are in April, and I've already exchanged on the sale of my property - amazing!
