Davis Tate sold my mum's house for us after she died. They were very respectful of the situation and only followed up at discrete intervals during the months that followed until we were ready to sell.
The asking price was decided together after considering the market and other houses recently sold in the area. Davis Tate recommended to set the price at a good, but realistic level, rather than over-pricing as some estate agents do.
Once the house was on the market, they were very professional and helpful in every way and even helped arrange for some repairs to be done. They also handled the negotiations very nicely and we settled on a price that both parties were happy with.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Davis Tate as a selling agent in the Twyford area.
