These guys are simply terrible. They treat tenants poorly and lie about fees. They take money from landlords and don't pass it on. They used to be Harper Brooks - read some of the reviews of that company. Same people, same owner, new name. Avoid avoid avoid.

Possibly the rudest estate agency I've ever had the misfortune of speaking to. I'm speechless, kept asking if I was on furlough and if I had been made redundant or not.
