Pro's : The property itself is lovely, very happy with that and the location.
Cons : Poor communication and making assumptions based on implied scenario's.
Had some initial issues with pricing for the tenancy, what I agreed and what RH heard were two different things. Emails regarding that specific point were ignored until I complained.
The onboarding process was good, paperwork done quickly and the inventory received inside a week of moving in.
As the managing agents, I was unhappy with a small insect population that had taken residence in the hallway. This was noted in the inventory, so I was disappointed that it wasn't cleaned before we moved in.
The response to the complaint was quick and I appreciated that. Overall, it was an average experience, but one I am keen to not repeat.

Awful company.
Treat renters with contempt and disrespect.
