Debbie went above and beyond helping with communication with the vendors who were less than speedy with administration, often contacting out of hours. We are really appreciative of all of her efforts - although not a smooth process for many reasons Debbie certainly made the experience much smoother than it otherwise would have been. Thank you.

Hi David, just to address your concerns that you have addressed within your review.
Looking at your file, I can see we had several delays throughout the transaction with the property being unregistered title, incorrect title plans, solar panels etc. These are all issues dealt with by a solicitor and are out of an estate agent's control. I can see Angie took good care of you and kept you updated throughout the process. I'm pleased it all went through OK for you in the end.
