We used the Putney office to help us a find a flat in the area. From initially phoning the office, then 2 separate viewings and the landlord approving us, was only a couple of days so a quick turnaround. After viewing other flats and looking at many properties online, it was nice to secure the place quickly and for the process to be stress free. They really communicated our questions and concerns with the landlord and so we were happy with the final contract we received.
Rental fees were also lower than through another letting company we had looked at which was really important to us considering our flat was in a lower price bracket. Would recommend for others looking to find a flat.

The issue had already been resolved so what further is there to do? As if that wan't enough, on Friday evening the 26th of May our boiler packed up. Now we rang on Saturday morning and was told that they will only send a plumber out if another flat in the same block had an issue, failing that call back on Tuesday (of course noone was sent out at the weekend), phoned on Tuesday, they sent someone around who couldn't fix the issue, someone then came on Thursday (different guy) and still could not ...

Would not touch Dexters with a 10 foot barge pole as they ignore basic letting regulations and safety standards when it comes to electrical regulations they feel they are above the law. their agencies fees are utterly rediculas and their whole proecess is dodgy at best ...

follow up from the above they issue invalid section 21s ie not providing deposit protection scheme information before issuing the section 21 and is used in a response about many outstanding repairs. dating back nearly two years.
They have desecrated every letting law in the book and feel a person not named on the AST as solid for not doing electrical safety checks. ...
