Thank you both for the efficient and friendly way you dealt with all our family when our son Anton was trying to rent a flat that was on your agents books. It was rather complicated as we were both acting as guarantors and live 230 miles away so everything had to be dealt with via the post or on line but despite this it was dealt with very quickly and he moved in three weeks later.
Comment on agent fees
As we live over 230 miles away in Blackpool it is not easy to compare agent's fees but they appear to compare favourably with other agents in Hemel Hempstead.
