We found selling our property with Ryder & Dutton brilliant, particularly Jessica who kept us up to date all the way through the sale. She was helpful, professional and chased things up when needed for us which made selling our house so much easier so could not fault her passion for doing her job and she was a pleasure to deal with. The only negative thing I found about this experience was being pushed into using certain solicitors and then finding out after why, that Ryder and Dutton are paid an introduction fee on completion, which was never explained to us when we were given the option about solicitors. We found this rather underhand and feel this should have been a choice and information about this fee you get by recommending your panel of Solicitors should be provided to potential sellers using your firm. On the whole though, from the lovely lady who valued the property and took the selling photos to the end, it was a pleasure to deal with you, its just a shame that tainted our view.

Best Estate Agent in Rossendale 
With regards to the solicitors, if a client asks for a full quote, it states that Ryder & Dutton do receive a referral fee from the solicitor. If a client is happy to instruct the solicitors immediately, they are then told by the solicitor about the referral fee at which point they have the option to change solicitors, as all of our referral solicitors work on a no sale no fee basis so vendors/purchasers are able to change at any point. We apologise if this was not made clear.
