After the death of my father I needed a knowledgeable local agent to sell his property. I subsequently contacted Craig Pickles at Proctors who provided what I thought was a fair valuation of the property I was looking to sell sooner rather than later. This was achieved within a reasonable timescale and the dealings I had with Peter and the office staff were excellent. They delivered the service they promised which was to keep me up to date with the progress of the property sale in a friendly efficient manner. I would not hesitate in recommending or using Proctors again in the future as an excellent local estate agents.

It is disappointing to receive a negative review on an issue which was quite clearly identified as needing attention. Having provided you with what was required prior to vacating the property, it was then necessary to instruct a cleaner to carry out the issues that had not been addressed.
