I found the process of buying a new home in Wales very challenging, with a difficult estate agent and seller to deal with. The staff at Lawler`s, especially Leigh and Angela, were extremely helpful with the buying of my new home, as well as finding buyers within days of my home being up for sale with them. If it was not for their help and encouragement in dealing with estate in Wales for me, I would have dropped out of the process. As it is I am now settled in Wales. So THANK YOU, Leigh and Angela

Unfortunately some vendors only wish purchasers who are on the market to view - especially if they have had a high level of viewers who can't proceed instantly previously. As discussed with yourself after seeing this review we do make every effort to accommodate viewings but we are obliged to take our clients instructions (as confirmed we did discuss with the vendor again after your initial phone call).
