Proctors were recommended to me in 2016 by a close friend for their knowledge of the rental market and efficiency. I did see another Estate Agent's representative at the same time, but found him to be a bit pushy and overbearing - so a bit of a 'no brainer' to stick with Craig and his staff at Proctors.
I have been thoroughly satisfied with the way the firm have handled the rental on my deceased's father's home. The bungalow had to have a complete refurbishment, with all necessary certificates in place,before it could be suitable for rental. Throughout the process, Craig was on hand to offer helpful advice and steer us in the right direction.
Once the property was avaliable to rent, we were kept up to date with prospective tenants etc and I did get a sense of a personal from all the staff I dealt with.
Since the property has been rented out, Proctors have managed it for me with efficency, ensuring that I am made aware of any problems that may surface and, on one occasion, organising an electrician, from their own trades directory, to re-site a plug socket at a competitive rate.

It is disappointing to receive a negative review on an issue which was quite clearly identified as needing attention. Having provided you with what was required prior to vacating the property, it was then necessary to instruct a cleaner to carry out the issues that had not been addressed.
