Amanda has to put up with a lot from the landlord but whenever we speak on the phone she is always happy and bubbly. She is very professional and deals with everything efficiently. She deserves a medal to put up with the landlord the way she does

What agent could do to change your mind?
Lower fees and set of keys for each tenant

I feel that the fees charged by Burchell Edwards are extremely excessive, and was extremely disappointed to receive only one set of keys for the property. There are two of us renting the property, who both had to pay the fees charged. For us to then have to get further keys cut at our own cost seems incredibly unfair
