The agent was punctual but appeared to be unprepared and showed very little knowledge of the development and local market conditions (compared with nearby competitors). In addition, he seemed to have limited understanding of the profile of typical buyers in the market, and wasn't particularly sales-focused in relation to another property which his company was marketing, and which might have been of interest.
