Horrible estate agents to deal with. Were not up-front at all about all their fees. Then charged us nearly £500 in fees to let a flat only to offer us the flat on worse terms then we had initially agreed even though we passed all the checks and are good tenants. Both rude and condescending - I will avoid at all costs in future.
