I would not give you that star, because I'm very disappointed with this agency. First of all I'm struggling with the agency for 4 months because we have big problems with the windows and the mold, after all this time they told me, the end is my fault because I do not air enough. I have a 6 year old girl, think about how to stay with a small child in such conditions. And the biggest problem now is that they violated my privacy, entered my home without my permission, so WARNINGS with this agency!
