I've bought and sold through Bacon & Co before and from those previously positive experiences, I didn't hesitate selling through them again.
We'd seen a house we loved and wanted to get the ball rolling asap but we weren't on the market and we were going on holiday for two weeks the next day! Scott provided excellent service to ensure our property was on the market the very next day!! This wasn't the only example of excellent and above and beyond service.
Scott's valuation was accurate and his attention to detail as to where it placed or property on the various property websites and to get the best exposure, was impressive!
I think it's important to have an agent that knows the area you're in, Scott knows the area inside out and is active in the community to keep up with events, such as the planned A27 works.
Overall the service we received from Bacon's was first class, in every aspect. I worked with Scott mostly but Ben, Natasha and Natalie were also involved frequently and we're always very helpful and up to speed whenever I spoke to them on the phone or in the office.
