They provided an excellent service throughout the process of selling our flat; personal and professional. We did not have to sign a fixed term contract (unlike the other big chain estate agents, one of whom we initial signed with for 3 months and who then did nothing); they simply said we could give them a 1-2 weeks notice if we became unhappy at any point.
They got us a buyer within two weeks and when the online conveyancers we had chosen did such a bad job we lost the buyer, they got us a new buyer within a month and recommended a local conveyancing firm who were unbelievable efficient and made the whole process a lot less stressful. We would highly recommend them.
