As a landlord of many years I have worked with many letting companies and agents.
Keira was excellent. She provided very timely replies and was able to communicate clearly and effectively. She dealt with teathing problems diplomatically and fairely.
Feedback was always given with prospective tenants which for me was essential.
Due to Keira I am considering moving my portfolio of properties to Northwood. (If she is willing to be on point with dealing with them)

Comment on agent fees
Acceptable but would expect a better preferatual rate for loyal customers and low service requirements. Perhaps adopt a refundable no claims discount fee set up. Whereby landlords get refunded an amount for low agent service usage. To encourage landlords to maintain properties.

I cannot locate your application so I am unsure how far along in the process you was. Once we receive full documentation from anybody applying for our properties we submit them to the landlord for them to make a decision on whether they wish to proceed. If there are more than 1 applications completed at the same time then it is up to the landlord to decide who they wish to proceed with. that the land is private, along with the land owners company details. As
