Hannah was great from the day I walked in asking about property's to rent, she straight away recommended a property for us to go view that she said would be perfect for our little family!
We had 3 viewing in place for a couple of days later which was fabulously quick as we wanted to move quickly! The house Hannah recommended we went to view first, we didn't want to view the others and applications went in straight away and her reccomendation was just from what I told her I wanted for our new home and it was perfect! She was very friendly and super responsive to all phone calls and emails and always contacted us straight away as she knew how quickly we wanted to move! So from the day I walked into Belvoir it took 3 weeks and we were in our new home! I don't think that would have happened with anyone else but Hannah!
We also had an amazing last show us round the house (think her name was Amy) but she was also very friendly, honest and kind! Answered all our questions! Couldn't be more thankful for these amazing people!!

Comment on agent fees
The fees were reasonable compared to other local letting agents. Unfortunately fees with deposit ect are a lot for a family for find when needing to move but the way Belvoir have you pay in stages throughout the process is very helpful!

We are very sorry to have cancelled the viewing at short notice. We appreciate the difficult circumstances you are under by taking a day off work for the viewing. It was in no way our intention to cause any inconvenience, we had received instruction from our Landlord to cancel all viewings booked for today due to a let being agreed.
