DO NOT USE! Poor service, we used cancellation rights due to this, then when we went back on the market a while later with another agent *they tried to frighten us by taking us to small claims court (despite in emails to us admitting their faults etc-a bit daft really hey!!) They wanted £400 fee for providing a rubbish service,this was clearly done out of spite because we had decided to sell with another agent (had to remind them it was our house not theirs!!) and to intimidate us. We called their bluff, as they're complaints procedure wasn't worth the paper it was written on, replies from *them didn't make sense half of the time (she is the person you go to if you have any issues apparently however she is confrontational and at times illiterate) and we contacted the PTO ombudsman who told us that they were acting unreasonably and the case was chucked out of court-costing them in the end! They are bullies and chancers-We can see how had they behaved like this to someone who was elderly/vulnerable or easily scarred they would've got away with taking money off them through scare tactics - very underhand and sneaky. Fortunately we werent worried by the court letters, offers to 'waiver' this fee if we went back with them * were firmly ignored and the last minute reduction of the fee if we paid quickly were all documented and reported. We should've taken more notice of the many bad reviews we have now come across-and hope this helps other honest hardworking people like ourselves . If you're running a business, good old common sense, honesty, and a little professionalism should be a basic requirement surely? Would've given 0 stars had that been an option

IAN MOORE you must be the worse estate agent I have ever dealt with, said we couldnt take out a 2nd mortage we even got the nationwide to ring him to explain.How do all these other people that buy houses to rent out manage to get 2 or 3 mortages.So thanks to you we lost the house we wanted YOU GINGER TWAT

The checkout process can be a difficult time, Hunters work under the industry guidance in these situations and only deduct money where the issue is above the fair wear and tear expected.
