Having transacted couple of dozens of properties since the rear end of last century, it is fair to say I can call upon a fairly diverse experience in my numerous dealing with estate agents.
Not being the one for writing reviews as I am busy enough running three businesses, I feel compelled in this instance to shout from the rooftop. Dean Chambers from David Daniels in Stratford has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Between me and my partners, he has sold three houses for us in Stratford in Forest End. Every each one of the transactions was complex involving foreign buyers, property chains and managing mortgage applications. Dean and the entire David Daniels sales team were first class from Day 1 till completion. Courteous and responsive at all times, providing timely viewings feedback and showing utmost professionalism to both buyers and sellers. Dean Chambers and his team are the setting a high standard for how a professional agent should operate like. We have found them totally dedicated and extremely nice guy to do business with. Would not hesitate to approach them again come our next sale. I have no qualms whatsoever in recommending Dean Chambers and David Daniels sales team to any prospective buyers and sellers as based on my personal experience, they epitomise the absolute professional estate agent we all want to be dealing with.
