It is shocking for how much money bottom feeding estate agents like this have the audacity to charge for such a rubbish service! The property was listed as available 3 days before the date I stated I wanted to move in and not once did anyone advise me this was not going to happen and to phone me at nearly 5pm on the date I had to be out of my property (5 days after the date I stated I wanted to move in) to then come back to me and say "Hi you can move in 9 days after this date, is that ok?" What f***ing planet are you from exactly?? I booked time off work to complete the move and making arrangements for people to help with a van etc. and on top of that not one of the staff responsible (Sue W******s) except the poor girl who bore the brunt of my frustration, bless her (Lexie) she handled it very well, had the decency to apologise and she is likely not even paid enough to give sh!t!!!! So to sum up what I think: You can shove the property up your a**e along with the money you conned me into paying for the f***ing privilege! I hope it ****'s. So just in case that sentiment was not clear in anyway to anyone reading this I would suggest not using Cauldwell for anything or only if you're really desperate to be upset by them! Right then, tally-ho.

Given they outsource all the work to an even more useless company I thing they should pay the customers for the stress and grief they cause/d!

Thank you for your review, I fully appreciate and understand your frustration with this scenario however any dates provided are always provisional as a tenancies are subject to contract and in your scenario the landlord could not agree to your provisional date as the property was not ready and a gas safety certificate needed renewing which is mandatory requirement. The landlords provided you with an alternative date but this was not accepted and you decided to not proceed any further with any negotiation. We are terribly sorry the landlord could not agree to your date and are available for you to contact anytime if you require any further assistance. Thank you
