Where do I begin?
They are very helpful when it comes to taking your money but as soon as you're in the tenancy, you can forget about any form of help.
Their maintenance department is a joke.
They are terrible at responding to anything regarding maintenance and you have to keep ringing and admonish them until they get someone out to fix it. It's like they don't want to ask the landlord to pay for any repairs, even when you have no heating in the middle of winter!
When we first moved in, the fence was blown down in the wind, it took 3 months for them to do something about it!
That seemed to have set a precedent because every time we've had an issue it's the same frustrating lack of action every time.
Also the number of times we've had to call about something to do with the boiler can partially be attributed to the 'quality' of tradesman they use. One word 'cowboys'.
I'm a qualified electrician and a bit of a handyman, not a plumber, but if after the 3rd visit they finally do what I suggested initially in order to fix whatever is wrong, then they cannot possibly be considered to be professional.
So if that doesn't bother you, maybe ridiculous rent hikes after your first year will, and don't think it stops there, oh no, they are very consistant about that, so you can expect one every year!
I do often wonder what I ever paid them for.....

I was so disappointed to read your comments. Unfortunately I cannot comment on the specifics in your review as you have not given your details or details of the property. However I can confirm that we do use qualified, professional tradespeople with whom we have a proven track record (or occasionally qualified tradesmen that Landlords prefer us to use for their particular properties). I would also confirm that we do not operate a blanket approach to rent increases. We would only increase rents at the Landlord's request and provided the increase is within current market rates. I am very sorry to hear that you have been dissatisfied, and would ask perhaps that you contact me directly in order that we can investigate the matter for you.
