I have dealt with this agent for over 10 years as a landlord with more than one property with Lettings r us. I have found them to be highly efficient in finding good quality tenants and performing the tasks required of an agent in collecting rent, carrying out periodic inspections are organising maintenance if it is needed and have indeed recommended their services to other friends of mine who have also been suitably pleased with their dealings with this agent.
I have highlighted this as a landlord review but good tenants should consider registering with this agent for prospective properties.
I have dealt with other agents before "lettings" in the past as found that the lack of feed back was not good enough for my needs. Lettings r us suit landlords with either one or many properties to be managed and Richard and his team have always contacted or returned my calls or emails promptly which is important when, as a landlord, you want to give a good quality service to your tenants.
I have always said that i would not rent a house to a tenant in a poor location or poor state of condition and that i would not be happy to live in myself and because of this i need an agent who can liase with my tenants so that they feel secure in their homes and know that any problems are dealt with. This agent reflects my beliefs perfectly. I would highly recommend contacting them for your management or tenancy requirements.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you were not happy with our services. The landlord did put a new roof on and the roofer did come back to rectify the issue. The landlord thought that this was fixed. I am not sure how the plug is coming away from the wall and this was not reported to the office. The property has an electrical installation condition report and this has happened during the tenancy.
