I am a client who is in the process of an STC property transaction. I was looking for a house in a specific area of Leeds,. I had a day off and while I was driving around the area I called the agency who promptly gave me the address of a house that was not yet on the market as the vendors had gone to the agency the day before (it had not yet been inserted on neither Zoopla nor Rightmove). I liked the look of the property form the outside, so I arranged a viewing for the following day. I was happy with that and I wanted to view it again but it was a Sunday and I thought that the agency would have been closed. Sharron called me back asking me for my opinion and I was able to view the house again within the following two hours. In addiction I was asked to hand the original copy of my documents, but as I live in the opposite side of the city I hand them in the nearest Stanning Mantion brunch, showing a good interaction between agencies. In a nutshell in less than three days, from Friday afternoon to Sunday morning I sealed the STC deal. According to The Mail: 'buying a house is more stressful than bankruptcy and divorce'. I am pleased to assert that I never had the pleasure to experience the other ones but thanks to my willingness and Sharron's help (who incidentally I have never met) I can confidently state that it has not been so stressful so far. I mainly spoke with Sharron, but all the staff as always been extremely professional.
