Netlett were a pleasure to deal with. I went for their tenant find plus service and professional photos service. They sent me links in a matter of hours showing me my properties live. The photos were great as well. I recieved 9 enquiries over 2 days of which were all were decent enquiries. I had two offers which I have now agreed to let to tenants. Really efficient service. I definitely recommend this company and will be using them in the future.

Reasonable. The major difference compared to a high street agent is that the monthly fee is due regardless of whether the property is generating rent or not.

Agent's Fees were more than I would want to pay considering the property did not get let. Cost for professional photography was quite high in my opinion. I spoke to other people afterwards who would have done the photos for half the price
