I have used Oakton Estates for many years to rent out a house in Birmingham and although there were problems in the early days, these were resolved to the satisfaction of all. I have no qualms in recommending Oakton Estates if you wish to rent a property as they are very helpful and professional at all times

Holding Deposit: 1 weeks rent
Deposit: 1 months rent

Payment of £60 including VAT for changes to the tenancy agreement.

Payment of a reasonable amount for reasonable costs incurred for the loss of keys/ security devices.

Tenant Protection
Oakton Estates are a member of Client Money Protect, which is a client money protection scheme and also a member of The Property Ombudsman, which is a redress scheme. For more details contact the agent directly.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

Great to hear from you. It must be best part of how ever years now? . Thanks for the four stars which usually shows slight room for improvement and we learn from feedback. I guess in the early days those tricky tenants that we evicted on your behalf slightly jaded the perfect experience for you. Great that you have had no problems since. Long may it continue.
