Have used the Hitchin office a few times to let a flat. This time the communcation within the lettings team was not up to scratch. I was repeatedly asked for the same information by different people and even then incorrect information ended up on the paperwork. In general, email messages from me were noted, but information given over the phone didn't seem to be passed to other relevant people. Note to myself: always confrim by email.
