Terry Lance from GPees Petersfield was outstanding in his customer skills. We have bought 3 properties in 4 years and sold one. We have used many estate agents; however, Terry was fantastic to deal with. He understood our needs, didn't push us, didn't persuade us with the typical sales approach that we have found in the past and listened carefully to what was needed and then went above and beyond the normal service taht you would typically receive from an estatge agent. He made the journey of purchasing a property stress free - a pleasure to deal with. We believe Terry has moved from the Petersfield branch, but his colleagues are equally pleasant to deal with. As a matter of course I am of the opinion that although the fee was agreed and was the most competitive of 3 generally agents fees are too high with vat added for house sale values

Thank you so much for your very kind review. It was certainly quite a protracted process. I must say that I completely agree with points you have raised which highlights what type of agent clients wish. I know how stressful moving is and agents should not just agree the sale and move on to the next but work with all parties throughout the process to exchange hopefully keeping stress levels to a minimum and within a reasonable time frame.
