The 2 members of staff identified were very polite and helpful as well as Nicola their manager who responded to my concerns promptly. However, the whole experience during the sale period was not positive. I found myself having to complete a lot of the leg work and chasing contacts. The original photographs of the property were of a very poor quality, the floor plans were missing one of the key rooms and when the agent came to take the photographs, I had to ask them to place protection against the decorated walls when they were using ladders to access the loft space. Once a sale was confirmed, I did not receive regular updates as promised and found that an appointment was made without confirming this with me. Once I raised my concerns, and as previously stated they were addressed by Nicola. I had to take additional time off work to accommodate the issues identified and to ensure they were rectified. I therefore do not feel that I received value for money and was relieved when the sale was completed.
