From my first communication with Rachel to the last, everything has been made clear. She has a delightful and sincere manner which instantly give you confidence. Emails have always been clear and any questions I have had, promptly dealt with. I have always had the feeling that I am dealing with someone who knows their job and understands all the latest legal requirements from both the tenants and landlords standpoint. Nothing has been too much trouble. I would thus recommend letting through Davis Tate via Andy to anyone. My dealings with Andy and Warrenhave been equally good. They make a great team.
