I found Lawler & Co to be extremely professional & approachable. There wasn't much difference in the fees from other local agents but the reason we went with Lawler & Co was that we felt confident that they'd sell our house. Adele came to value our house & walked us round the house telling us how best to show the rooms to display them in the best light for pictures & then viewings. Our house went on to sell within 48 hours, to the first couple who viewed it. When this fell through a couple of weeks later, within 24 hours, we had further viewings booked in & again it sold within 48 hours. From then on Lawler & Co were on hand for support, updates, answering of questions etc. We found ourselves in a rather big chain & when this nearly broke down (twice) they were an incredible support. Julie & Molly listened to our frustration & at times my tears - Julie especially went above and beyond to make sure she had an understanding of the progress of the entire chain & ultimately get us to completion.
